Return Policy

New and unopened items maybe be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To receive a refund, you must return all the items that were included in the original package. Damaged or opened items will not be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 - 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so before the item is shipped (usually within 12 – 24 hours of order). Please contact us at returns@words.wine to inquire about cancelling your order. Be sure to include your order number and full name.
